WHAT DOES TUBAL REVERSAL COST AT TUBAL REVERSAL NORTHWEST?
Initial consultation fees are $250.
Unlike other practices that bill for each component of the surgery separately, our fees for surgery are all inclusive.
The total surgical fee is $9900.
Please note that this includes the facility fee, surgeon fee, anesthesia and nursing services, and postoperative care.All fees are to be paid at the pre-op visit.
WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE DONE BEFORE MY REVERSAL SURGERY?
Prior to evaluating your case, we will need the operative note from your sterilization surgery and any pathology reports related to the surgery. We also require bloodwork to check your ovarian function as well as evaluation of your partner's or donor's sperm count. These labs must be ordered by your physician. If you don't have a physician, you can establish care with our office in a separate visit, after which we can order the labs for you.
IS TUBAL REVERSAL COVERED BY INSURANCE?
Check with your insurer. In most cases tubal reversal is not covered by insurance, but if you have advanced reproductive benefits you may have coverage.
