Dr. Rosenfield is widely known as a pioneer in minimally invasive approaches to surgical procedures. He has lectured nationally and internationally on gynecologic surgery, including the use of the outpatient environment for cost effective laparoscopic surgery.  Dr Rosenfield is the founder of Pearl Women's Center and Pearl Surgicenter, our parent companies.

The Pearl Surgicenter provides a cost effective outpatient environment for a variety of minimally invasive surgical procedures including LTR (laparoscopic tubal reversal).

Using a laparoscopic approach provides the patient with an outpatient approach to surgery with very small incisions. This technique provides minimal downtime, very minimal to no need for opiate use, and a quick recovery to full activity.
